I was a little concerned about getting an agent via Zillow. However, after working with Stephen, I was very comfortable and so happy with his service. He helped us with every step of the purchase. We found Stephen through Zillow. He promptly followed through on everything we asked him to do, or with any questions we had, and he didn’t pass us off to any assistants. At the same time, he wasn’t pushy and he was very honest and would let us know if a house seemed overpriced, which we needed guidance on because we weren’t familiar with the area and market. He was also more than willing to negotiate costs for us, which ended up working to our benefit. We spent a number of Saturdays looking at houses.
